When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to fulfill orders within 24 to 48 hours.
How will my order be shipped?
All order will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
Can orders be shipped via Federal Express or other shipping methods not offered at checkout?
Orders can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Other delivery methods are not available at this time.
Does Self Defense Solutions Hawaii have a physical store? Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not have a physical store, but hope to do so in the future. Until then, if you are on Maui contact
us and we can arrange the pick up of your order.
How do you charge for shipping?
To help you save money and still allow you to receive your order in a timely manner we ship via USPS
Flat Rate Priority Mail. We charge actual shipping cost. We will always ship at the lowest USPS Priority
Mail rate possible, currently starting at $5.25. USPS Priority Mail packages, once shipped, are usually
delivered within 2-3 days in Hawaii and 5 days to the continental United States. You may also specify a
PO Box address. The USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
I want to order more than one item. Do you combine shipping?
Yes! We are more than happy to fit as many items as possible into the USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box
to save you money.
I want to change my order information or make some changes to the items I ordered. What should I
When will I know if my order has shipped?
A shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Your order can be tracked at www.usps.com.
I didn't receive my order. What do I do now?
Please note that, once shipped, normal transit time for orders to Hawaii is 2-3 days and about 5 days to
the continental United States. Please e-mail us if your order does not arrive in the time frame provided.
What is your return policy?
We will offer a replacement for any defective product and any wrong shipped product. Wrong shipped
products must be returned in its brand new condition, never opened and still in its original packaging. Al
opened non-defective returns will be refused at customer's cost.
How do I return an item for replacement?
To return your order, simply send an e-mail to: email@example.com with the invoice
number and return item(s) information. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return
order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that
you would like to provide.
